Most property-management software targets institutional operators with hundreds or thousands of units. LeaseRooster is built for the people we think the existing software ignores: the long tail of US rental housing, independent owners with one to a hundred units, self-managing.
What we’re focused on first
Three things, in order: lease generation, state-aware compliance, and payments without custody. Compliance and security come built-in, not bolted on.
What’s next
